Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Board Member
Dr. Khodadadi holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Iran University of Science and Technology, specializing in mechatronics and control systems. His professional career includes diverse R&D roles, with experience in developing control systems and automated machinery, including CNC machines.
He subsequently served as Chief R&D Officer at Raibod Company, a manufacturer of cardiovascular disposable medical devices, gaining valuable experience in the R&D and manufacturing of single-use medical devices, as well as regulatory affairs. He contributed to the development of the company’s medical device portfolio and to medical device initiatives supporting COVID-19 response efforts in Iran.
Dr. Khodadadi was among the founding members of RADA and has played an active role in its development and strategic direction. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of RADA, leading its strategic growth and business development.
He is also actively involved in managing a charity that supports orphaned and vulnerable families.
Chief R&D and Regulatory Affairs Officer (CRAO)
Board Member
Mr. Sekadfekr holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Iran University of Science and Technology. His professional career spans extensive experience in research and development, medical device manufacturing, and regulatory affairs. Throughout his career, he has worked in various R&D roles, developing expertise in manufacturing processes and regulatory requirements for medical devices.
He previously served as the CEO of Raibod Company, a manufacturer of cardiovascular medical devices, where he contributed to the development and production of medical devices, including solutions supporting COVID-19 response efforts in Iran.
Currently, Mr. Sekadfekr serves as Chief R&D and Regulatory Affairs Officer at RADA, where he oversees the company’s research and development activities, regulatory affairs, and related strategic initiatives. He also serves as a member of the Board of Directors.
Chief International Officer (CIO)
Mr. Afshari holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Iran University of Science and Technology. His graduate research in gas turbines led to multiple publications, including ISI-indexed articles in reputable international journals.
As CEO of Barayand Co., an SME established with accelerator support, he managed operations, secured projects, advanced CNC machine development, and led the launch of Raibod Company, Iran’s first manufacturer of inflator syringes and cardiovascular devices.
He subsequently served as Member of the Board and Senior Director of R&D at HIWAD Co., a producer of disposable laparoscopic and general surgery medical devices. This role enabled him to gain substantial experience within the field of medical device research and development, manufacturing processes, and a comprehensive understanding of implementing regulatory requirements, including the ISO 13485 system.
He later held the positions of Member of the Management Board and CIO at Arsis Co., a medical device firm active in general surgery, infertility treatment, and synthetic bone substitutes, where he oversaw international affairs, developed foreign market strategies, built distribution networks, and led contract negotiations.
Mr. Afshari currently serves as Chief International Officer at RADA, leading its international business development and global expansion initiatives.
International Trade Coordinator
Mr. Masoudy holds a Master’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering from K. N. Toosi University of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering from Iran University of Science and Technology. His professional background includes international trade, export management, sales, and strategic research, with experience across different industries.
Throughout his career, he has gained experience in export sales and international business, working with overseas customers and partners, conducting market research, negotiating commercial agreements, and developing export opportunities. Prior to his work in international trade, he spent several years as a researcher in technology foresight and futures studies, focusing on strategic forecasting and technology observation.
Mr. Masoudy currently serves as International Trade Coordinator at RADA, where he focuses on international market development in the medical devices sector. His responsibilities include identifying market opportunities and key players, developing relationships with distributors and international partners, conducting B2B negotiations, and supporting the establishment of sustainable sales channels in target markets.
Deputy of Planning and Project Control
Mr. Kowsari holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA).
He began his career as a hydro turbine maintenance expert at the Khuzestan Water and Power Repair Company, working at the Latyan and Kalan hydroelectric power plants. He later joined Davar Moharek Iran Company (DMC), a subsidiary of Oil Turbo Compressor Asia Holding (OTC), as a gas turbine maintenance expert. This position provided him with extensive experience in both land-based and aviation gas turbines. He subsequently continued his work at the same company as a Quality Control Inspector for aircraft engines.
Building on his strong technical background in complex mechanical systems, maintenance, and quality control, Mr. Kowsari moved into the medical device sector and served as Deputy of Production at RADA. In this role, he gained valuable experience in production planning for medical devices, development and optimization of production lines, increasing production capacity, quality control, and raw material supply.
He currently holds the position of Deputy of Planning and Programs at RADA, where he is responsible for the financial and executive planning of the company’s projects.
Deputy of Administrative and Financial Affairs
Mr. Baghaei holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Construction Engineering and Management.
Prior to joining RADA, he was responsible for financial affairs and facilities at a specialized financial fund. In this role, he gained valuable experience in managing and overseeing financial processes, evaluating and administering facilities, and handling related financial operations.
He joined RADA as an Internal Manager. Drawing on his specialized knowledge and managerial experience, he gradually assumed broader responsibilities in the administrative and financial domains.
He currently serves as Deputy of Administrative and Financial Affairs at RADA, where he is responsible for leading, controlling, and continuously supervising all financial and administrative affairs of the company. His duties include oversight of financial processes, resource planning and control, administrative and support functions, as well as ensuring the proper implementation of organizational procedures and regulations.
Human Resources Manager
Mr. Hassan Tohidi holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Development Management from Islamic Azad University and has over 8 years of specialized experience in the field of human resources.
He began his professional career at Novin Charm Company as an HR Specialist, where he was involved in activities such as recruitment and hiring, training and development, personnel affairs, performance evaluation, and human resource planning.
He subsequently joined Dorna Company as a Senior HR Specialist in an organization with over 2,000 employees, where he worked on developing and improving HR processes, performance evaluation, workforce planning, employee development, and organizational structure improvement.
Continuing his professional journey, he joined RADA Company and took on the role of Human Resources Manager, leading and developing HR processes. Key areas of his responsibility at this organization include organizational structure design, individual and organizational development, performance evaluation, recruitment and hiring, career path design, training and development, compensation systems, and employee motivation and welfare programs.
His professional approach is centered on human capital development, continuous process improvement, and aligning human resources with organizational goals.
